Step 1: Log in to the myAadhaar Portal

Step 2: Select the Update Service

Once logged in, you will see a dashboard of services. Choose the "Update Aadhaar Online" service. You will then be guided to a new page where you can select which demographic detail you wish to update (e.g., Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Address).

Step 3: Upload Supporting Documents

To update any detail, you must upload a scanned copy of a valid supporting document. For example, to update your address, you can use a recent utility bill, bank statement, or rent agreement. The website provides a list of acceptable documents for each type of update.

Step 4: Make the Payment

There is a nominal fee of ₹50 for each online update request. You can pay this fee using various online payment methods like UPI, net banking, or credit/debit card. After the payment, a Service Request Number (SRN) will be generated, which you can use to track the status of your update request.
